Added a $30 Labor fee for a tire rotation and an oil change. I have an active recall on the vehicle. It was not taken care of while in service and it’s a simple reprogramming issue. Their team did not even ask about it and they had the vehicle all day, 8am to 4:30pm

Sells staff was friendly just didn't like that I had to pay a dock fee they should just automatically incorporate that into the price

By far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership and salesman !!! I live in Texas and stumbled across Woodhouse while looking for a truck to purchase. This is how I came in contact with Austin Snow. I have very strict requirements when it comes to business relations, especially not being there to physically see the vehicle. We had an excellent experience buying a new truck from Aaron our salesman and Aaron in finance.
Everyone was courteous and helpful, and we like the pickup but have had a lot of complications with the truck, the check engine light was on when we looked at the truck and was taken care of by woodhouse, but then a new starter had to be put in by another dealer after only owning the truck a week.

Buying a truck from Woodhouse Ford Plattsmouth was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 that was advertised as a “clean, one-owner, low-mileage” vehicle. I trusted the Woodhouse name. That trust cost me $4,394.12 in repairs within days of leaving the lot.
The truck had seized brake calipers, brake pads worn down to <1mm, and other serious safety issues that made it dangerous to drive. No responsible dealership should have allowed a vehicle in this condition to be sold, let alone pass it off as “inspected” and “road-ready.”

Bought a vehicle for a second time from Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth yesterday, and as usual it was an awesome experience. Never pushy, no 4 squares on a piece of paper, no haggling, no trips to the manager. One back and forth on the trade in value (2% difference from what I was looking for), that lasted 5 minutes. Paperwork was fast and easy, everything was upfront and fair. Austin was a great salesperson, and a pleasure to do business with.
I needed an emergency diagnosis and repair on my Explorer and Carreo and Mike got my car diagnosed and repaired in a few days. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problem and solution. I do not feel taken advantage of like some places try to do. They really tried to make it as inexpensive as possible. I will definitely be back if anymore repairs come up (let hope not for a while 🤞🏽😂)!
